Membership questions
- What is included in every membership?
- Every XCEL membership includes the whole building: the weight floor, cardio and machines, TRX, battle ropes and the indoor turf, group fitness classes, open-gym time on the basketball courts, locker rooms with showers and free Wi-Fi.
- Are there any fees?
- There is no enrollment fee on any membership. The Basic 12 month membership has a $49.99 annual maintenance fee, billed on December 15, not at signup. All rates are shown before NJ sales tax.
- Which plan should I pick?
- Basic is our lowest monthly rate and includes one free personal training session. 3 Month suits a season-length goal, and 1 Month is month to month with no commitment. Paying in full for 3 or 12 months saves about 25% over the monthly rate.
- How do I sign up?
- Stop by the front desk at 25 W Greenbrook Rd in Fairfield, NJ or call (973) 797-1222 and our team will get you set up in minutes. Online signup is coming soon.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. Claim a free day pass and use the whole gym for a day, including a group fitness class and open-gym time on the courts.
